Angela's Closet is a JGF community closet outreach that provides clothing for at risk youth and families in our community experiencing financial hardship or crisis. Residents “shop” in our Angelas Closet for a week’s worth of clothing, including a coat and shoes at no cost at various events and local community outreach .
Angela's Closet, is led by JGF Seniors Program Director & Vintage/Costume Designer Angela Stevens, who vendors at various local events, festivals, concerts, theatrical shows, parades and Flee-markets, to raise funds for our closet, by selling her original designs from her Vintage Boutique. Angela says, "its all about giving back to the youth.La Vintage Designs were created for those artistic, creative young people who value authentic expression through the arts."
We also collect donations through Drop Off or Pick Up by appointment only. Angela's Closet events and requests will be made available based on clothing inventory and appointment availability.
We accept new and gently used clothing, coats and shoes. Toiletries, socks, underwear; backpacks and school supplies must be new.
Donations can be dropped off anytime by calling.
